Photo-Man-14 is of the Photopeople race. Born under the explosion of garbage, he uses an ancient fighting technique known as Photuro Shinken. After the Two giant's battle in Skeletman Defies the Gods, he resides with Skeletdude, Snake, and Marv and helps them on their journey to Mechonis.
